1st I had to wait for someone to assist me with my order. 2nd, I had to wait for the computer to come back up, 3rd, I ordered two 16 oz milkshakes and only received half a cup, I made the comment to the server that it's supposed to be a 16 oz cup. That means it should be full. She advised that they are weighed! This is not acceptable, if you pay $4.59 per milkshake then you should get it full 16 oz. Not a 16 oz cup half full!

On November 26th, around 10:20 AM, I placed a mobile order through Hardee’s. I am not familiar with the area and did not realize the location was approximately 30–40 minutes away. Once I realized the distance, I attempted to cancel the order, but there was no option to do so in the app, so I proceeded to the store as quickly as possible. By the time I arrived, the food had clearly been sitting out. The tater tots were soggy and cold, the drinks were watery with melted ice, and the entire order was unusable. On 30 March at 5:25 PM. I drove to the drive-through and no one talk to me through the speaker so then we parked went inside and there was no person at the counter. I saw no person in the drive-through window cubicle area and a couple people are waiting. We decided to leave because it just looked like not a good situation, it was gonna take too long and they’re just isn’t enough help to serve the people.

To Whom it may concern, Worst experience ever I came though the drive thru at 8:45 and ordered a bag and bout the burgers were old and dry no condiments on either sandwich.I paid for a large and received a small, and the customer service was very poor I’ll never in my spend another dollar at this failed branch of a corporation. This store just needs to be shut down just NO ONE in the store cares about or for their job just come to work to be a body in place and collect a check. This is not a good like for your brand.
