Giving 1 star was honestly too much! I attempted to call in an order on 11/17/2025 and was placed on hold for about 3 mins. I ended the call & decided to call back thinking maybe they forgot to come to the phone. The second time I called, I was rudely placed on hold for about 6 mins. At this point, im wondering what’s going on. When they finally came back to the phone I was greeted with a nasty attitude. I instantly asked to speak to a manager. The staff is extremely rude and ready to fight. Literally fight! Slim shady working on 06/11/2026 was ready to fight after trying to use dirty gloves after texting on his phone and going back to work on food. When called out for doing it he said I didn’t know what he’s been through today and he ruined the subs I ordered on purpose!

They definitely earn their name of zeros, if I could give them zero stars I would. I guess the employees at this location just make up their own hours. What is the point of posting hours if you don't follow them?

Worset experience ever. Had to wait 55 minutes for order. Everybody who came in after me got there order 1sr. No apologies nothing. Will not be coming back.
