employees stand on their phone while you wait for one meal for 30 minutes. go to bonney lake instead it’s well worth the better service. it was slow when this happened too so there really isn’t an excuse

I’ve really enjoyed getting food from this McDonald’s Lori is very professional and nice, she double checked with me that my order was correct and when the line was stuck for a second she asked me how my Friday was going. I really appreciated her taking the time to get my order correct and still treat me like a person. Lori is a 5 star employee. We decide to try a new McDonald's in Sumner. The food was good but the service was not so good. When I looked at my order they forgot to give me my French fries that went with my meal come my ice cream sundae and my granddaughter's milkshake.
