The perfect American style breakfast. The bacon was served exactly the way I like it which is crispy. The waffle was fluffy and delicious. Got to have the southern style grits with cheese as well. If there is a waffle house restaurant in a state I am passing through then it is my go to breakfast spot.

We ordered takeout. One of our entrees was completely wrong. Luckily we did not head home first. My lady got a hash brown bowl, we look at it and all the toppings are on grits not hash browns. My entree which was the all-star special, had over cooked sausage, I asked for cheese on my grits and they ended up on my very very very small portion of scrambled eggs. Not to mention I had to go back and get cold cheese that will now, just clump up in my grits and not actually be mixed in as it should be. But I have no option to heat up the grits because this is take out.

This location looked dirty when I walked in but I decided to sit down. When I walked in, I was not even acknowledged. I sat down at a table and waited about 5 minutes and no one ever came to my table and it looked like no one was going to. A waitress then came by and took the order to a table next to me and I thought she would come and take my order since she saw I was there waiting with my baby but she walked away.All the employees were discussing who was coming in today and what time. This has been the best restaurant I have been to in this area. The place was clean. The food was prepared correctly. Bacon was not fried to death and my wife's eggs at over easy fried without webbing. The service was excellent. Thank you Lex. We will be return customers.
