I was here for a mobile order and the lady in the dark grey shirt was very rude! There was 3+ staff just talking and dancing while there was a line inside. I peeped the outside and noticed there were only 3 cars waiting so to my understanding it wasn’t busy. I understand that working in the fast food industry is hard but you applied for a CUSTOMER SERVICE job we’d expect good service. I’m rating today 5 stars. Now it’s not always this way, however the boy working today deserves a raise. My royal ultimate choco brownie blizzard was the best thing i’ve ever had. He loaded that thing up. It made my day. His customer service…not great but he’s got free pass due to the quality of this blizzard.

I recently got a blue raspberry slush from this Dairy Queen and was unfortunately already halfway through the drink before I noticed there was mold/mildew, rotten ice and plastic within it. My guess is the people that work there do not clean the ice machine, and if they do, it’s not done very well. I am very disgusted and I will not be coming here again as I am immunocompromised and cannot risk most food-born illnesses. I will update if I get sick. Went there today around noon, the gentleman who was taking the order needs some customer service training. Zero communication and he looked like he was bothered customers were coming. I literally thanked him 3 times, he didn’t say a single word. On the other hand, the African American gentleman was kind and hospitable. I like DQ, but I really don’t like dealing with miserable employees.
