Below average dining experience at Fugetsu, which is located inside of Rokko. The okonomiyaki dishes looked good for pictures, but taste wasn’t as good as expected. Service was slow, and the parking was very difficult to find. Tables sizes are small and sticky from beer…not going back.

Overall it's a good experience and the good is unique it's own category. The business specializes in Japanese pancakes, Okonomiyaki, and a few other specific side dishes. Wait list can be long as the business is small and gets busy really fast. I would recommend coming in early right when it opens as the business is not your usual 9 to 5 hours of operation; it opens around 5 30 pm. Portion and quality of the dish is good, a bit saucey and hidden meat portions with a large portion of vegetables. I went to this place for a pre birthday celebration with my parents! It was pretty empty when we went in on a 6:30 pm on Tuesday but filled up so quickly after that that we had to have a reservation to get a seat! Food: I loved the pancake items they had - I got the house special and the seafood special! I definitely preferred the house special since it had a good balance of sweet and savory. Came with a group of friends. We ordered the okonomiyaki, two of us got the combo sets, and others entrees. The food was large portion and very delicious. The 6pc nigiris were huge. The okonomiyaki has a lot of meat on it and an egg. We would come here again.
