I would expect good service. When we get sitting. I expect ro have menu and sliverware. No silverware. When we ask for silverware. We get some of them. With food on them. We even got a plate was with red sauce on front and black. are food coming out on it. When I asked to get two cup of ranch for my salad. And get only one. That is bad service. Then people need to understand. When you are at work. Keep you hands off of face, hair, and other parts of your body. We did not get our syrup with the kids meal. Bad service, made faces when we asked her to get something. She took to long for us too o

Came in after nine to take advantage of the half priced appetizers, Decided to go with the Parmesan shrimp topped steak with garlic, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The presentation of the plate wasn’t the greatest I’ve ever seen, but the taste made up for it. The steak was cooked perfectly. I had ordered it medium rare, and the seasoned broccoli was very tender, and the garlic mashed potatoes were garlic mashed potatoes, nothing real special there, I sat at the bar, because I was by myself . My server was friendly and helpful. It was overall a good experience and I would come back again.

It’s Applebees. You’ve come to expect an “ok” experience but Jenna was on top of it, she gave great service and made sure to be attentive but yet, not intrusive to our dining experience. Thanks for giving us a quick meal late at night!

I showed up 10 minutes before 6:00 on a monday, nobody there to see me for approximately 10 minutes place was empty maybe four tables. When I was seated I never saw a waiter or a waitress for 15 minutes I decided to leave and went to your competitor shame on you there was more than enough employees just standing around doing nothing.
