Same issue again today 1/19/26. No pizza on buffet. Place has really gone down hill. 15+ people in line waiting. RAY is the current manager. You need to do better. I'm visiting for lunch buffet....no pizzas on the buffet line. Asked here the pizzas, was told they are coming out. Put 1 out, and it's gone. Staff does not make enough for the volume of customers. Ordered online went to pick by estimated time to be ready. Pull up place is not busy at all. :) ask for my order. My order won't be ready for 10 more minutes. Ok I'll wait no big deal. Waited 15 minutes went to ask again...again will b

If minus zero was an option they would have gotten that. We ordered dinner after a long day of traveling. Went to pick it up, they forgot to make the wings. "We will double the wing order to make up for our mistake" cool, Not an issue, what was an issue was being lied to by after waiting for another almost 10 minutes by a different employee who told me they made the wrong ones by mistake & they had to fix it. She clearly had no idea what I had been told previously so she just made up a lie on the fly. No extra wings, after the 30 minutes it took by the time I started walking to the car the box

We went in to celebrate my nephew who was just promoted to HS. The place was packed for Wednesday night 5/20. When I walked in there was one table that was clean. Other tables had not been cleaned in a while because there were trays, pitchers, and red baskets everywhere. They ran out of pitchers and trays to place pizza on at some point. So shows how the place was not being kept up. We also had to bus our own table after I personally went up and asked for a towel to wipe off tables. If I could give them 0 stars I would, my daughter received a free personal pizza certificate from her preschool so I took her here to get her pizza. Apparently the certificate isn't enough and they said they needed a bar code. I was only given the certificate. Instead of honoring their certificate the manager refused to give my 4 year old daughter her personal pizza. The quality has been going down hill for years but now the service went to 💩 as well. Me, nor my family or friends will support peter piper again 👎👎👎
