When we arrived, there was nobody managing the front desk or keeping track of customers waiting to be seated. Occasionally, a staff member would come by, tell us to wait, and then disappear again. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a table despite seeing numerous empty tables inside the restaurant. It was clear they were severely understaffed.
