Manager(I assume, other workers were very kind, she’s a black lady on the larger side, didn’t get a name) called cops after wrongfully telling me to “leave the store, I don’t care if you paid for an order” AFTER I had waited for FOURTY minutes. Someone reached behind the counter and grabbed a drink and she got disrespectful with me when I wasn’t even involved. I told her I paid and I’m going to eat in the store, few minutes later she comes out and tells my whole friend group ( who also did nothing) to get out or she’ll call the cops, I told her we did nothing wrong and to go ahead and call the

We all take for granted when we go about our busy lives on a Saturday afternoon, wanting to make a quick Taco Bell run while somebody is working An 8 hour or maybe even a double shift. working on your food, that they could just mail it in and put something in that bag, just to get you through, but they don't here at orchard lake. You can tell they put in the care and the time to make the food great for you. To finish going about your busy life and enjoying your Saturday afternoon. This! This Taco Bell is what fast food service should be like. Always quality, always delicious, always quick. The staff here are so kind and friendly, and not just in comparison to other fast food places; some of them are friendlier than my actual friends. In my experience, I've always been able to joke around or laugh with the crew while waiting for my order. To the manager(s) of this location, thank you for making this a workplace where your employees feel like they actually want to be there.

I love this Taco Bell location. Fast, friendly staff, and great food. However, the new snall taco salads cone with a Chipotle sauce which is disgusting. I didn't realize this as the first time trying it. The Taco salad should come with sour cream, not Chipotle. It's no longer tasteful like a taco salad. Reminds me of barbecue, Chipotle spicy type food. A miss with the Chipotle sauce. Would've been a hit made with sour cream instead
