While Downtown Syracuse myself and two others decided we wanted burgers and heard about Pound Town through the grapevine an hour and a half away from their location where we live because who doesn't love a good burger road trip. Upon entering we were greeted and shown where to sit finding out later that it was the owner that was greeting people like a total boss. Decent smashburger overall. The patty had some crisp edges and the American cheese melted well, but like most smashburgers the patty was thin so the beef flavor wasn’t very strong, topped with onions. The fries were good and not over-seasoned.

Ordered through doordash. I ordered the Jalapeño Signature burger with fries. The burger was decent but overloaded with bacon bits and salt. The fries were very overcooked on the verge of burnt," unedible ". For some reason Doordash doesn't allow me to rate the restaurant. Definitely would not recommend this place. Was rated high on Doordash for some reason.
