I ordered this from everywhere in town. Everywhere in town except this location makes a really nice burrito. This literally has maybe a couple chunks of chicken in it and is the smallest version of this burrito I've eaten so far from every place in town. Talk about a major disappointment. Absolutely last time I eat here. This isn't the first time they've given me an Ozempic burrito. Next time I eat at one of the other locations I'll show you exactly what I'm talking about. They took my money but gave me no food. I preordered online and paid with a credit card. I wasn't able to get there until the next day. Your order is no longer in their system the next day. I was forced to call their 800 number to get that charge reversed. They said they would. They didn't. I used to come here regularly. I haven't been back since. It's been 6 months.

I’ve always had good experiences here until tonight. If theres a misunderstanding that results in me being charged $6 extra just give me the refund and make it, not full on argue with me and repeatedly tell me how i should have ordered. The guy asked if i wanted extra beef, sour cream, and sauce, its hard to hear and i thought he just asked if beef sour cream and chipotle were okay on it. So i said “yes is your chipotle extra and how much” he told me how much and i said “ill just do extra chipotle on 2 of them”. I only wanted extra chipotle.
