I stopped by Three Hearts Bakery after seeing Tacoma food writer Meg Van Huygen say that “anything croissant-y is going to be amazing” — and she’s absolutely right about that. This place feels like there’s love in every detail. This is an order at the counter, they’ll bring you your food kind of establishment. Coffee was superb. I got a simple latte and it was perfect.
