The food tastes amazing if they have what you ordered off the Kiosk. They never mark things out of order on the kiosk, and you can't order through a cashier. None of the team members will speak to you. I stoped coming here because after the 3rd time of not having what I ordered and being treated like shit for placing an order I refuse to come here.

I recently visited McDonald’s during the night shift, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was slow, the staff did not seem organized, and my order was not prepared correctly. Additionally, the attitude was not professional, and I did not feel welcomed as a customer. I understand that night shifts can be busy or challenging, but customers still expect good service and respect. I hope you can look into this issue and improve the quality of service during late hours.

Are you guys running out of ice cream? Look at the picture—the cups are literally half empty. Paid full price for half a serving. Unacceptable.

Worst location ever, employees right here are very lazy, i placed an order on curbside it took me 30min then it said order picked up while no one brought it to me i went to the drive through cause i had a baby in the car and guess what the lady at the drive through said it’s not my problem go inside i went inside and the lady found out that the food was too clod and ready it’s been a while and because the employees were so lazy to come outside they just left it on a side. Why promising services to customers while hiring people that can’t even do their minimum jobs.
