My food came cold from a rude delivery driver. Shoved my food in my hands. I had shoulder surgery. My pizza has so many bell peppers and onions on it very hard to enjoy. I was told to bring the whole pizza back for a refund the next day? No District Manager or a better solution. The driver was so rude I didn’t even get a receipt. Very aggressive tone and shouting sign the receipt. I almost let him keep the food awful service and cold bell pepper pizza. Are you kidding me!! 🔥 burnt food and when I received it my order was wrong! The woman who took my order, proceeded to argue with me and said I did not order what I ordered and then she tried to give me a refund for half of my money back mind you they close at 12 it was probably about 11 o’clock. She said she had no driver and then all of a sudden when I said I did not want half of my money back. I wanted what I ordered. She goes. This was our 1st time going to round table and yeah I was disappointed. Over cooked pizza to the point where the sausage and pepperoni was burnt. Mozzarella sticks were burnt..only decent item received was the lemon pepper wings....no plans to visit the pinole location again...disappointed and mine you, I actually signed up for the rewards program, yeah think im going to delete that....

Very disappointing experience at this Round Table. I ordered the new “Dragon’s Bounty” for $20 and what I got looked nothing like the promotional picture. The portion was tiny, poorly presented, and not worth the price. Even worse, the hygiene was shocking: when I tried to add cheese to my pizza, the container had blue mold inside the lid (absolutely disgusting), and the replacement was even worse. On top of that, the salt shaker was clearly just reused from a pepper container, with pepper residues still mixed into the salt. For the high prices they charge, you’d expect quality and cleanliness
