Yesterday, I ordered a pizza online and proceeded to pick it up. My pizza was scheduled to be ready by 4:39pm and I did not receive it until after 5:30pm. I was told several times it needs more time in the oven. I was okay with that never complained, instead just waited patiently. In the meantime, I was given a coupon for a 4 sliced deep dish pizza and a drink for the inconvenience. Usually, I check my box of pizza before I leave any establishment but instead I trusted that the pizza was fine since it supposedly just got out of the oven. My husband ordered me a birthday pizza Sunday morning 3/22/26. He walked in and Andrew S immediately greeted him with a smile! The restaurant was spotless! My husband had the best experience! We do not order Jets often. It’s expensive and we are on a strict budget. The pizza was delicious!!! But the experience was outstanding!!! Thank you, Andrew!

Pizza and wings were burned. The manager with the heavy piercings in her nose was rude and argumentative. I asked for the pizza to be remade since the pepperoni was sizzled to hell and she refused. She stated that the store manager VERONICA gives them guidance to not remake food, even if the customer is unsatisfied. I told her i had been coming there for years and never had an experience as the one i was having. " Like i said im not having them remake the pizza" was her response to me. Bit pricey compared to some chain places, but if you want crisp edges there's no one better. they also have toppings other places shy from.
