Tara Sue★★★★★Did the drive thru. It was about how they go. Hard to communicate. However, received nice service by the Julian (?) (name on the receipt) friendly, kind and working promptly. He corrected the order, different voice from the intercom (female voice) and had us pull aside so he could help others. We did not wait long and he brought it out quickly. Ive been in this industry before and notice things and who works efficiently. JULIAN did and he did it with a smile.

Anne Cloe★Customer Service was awful. I want to give a 0 star. Completely ignored by staff as I stood at the counter for a while (at least 5 min) to pick up my online order. they were not busy. Staff had seen me but didnt say anything. Other people came in & were looking at the menu. Finally the cashier came over & said hi to them & asked them what they wanted. I let her know I was next & had a pickup order. She then tells me very cold & rudely "I know". I didn't order anything w a side of bad attitude & how would you know what I'm there for? Then she goes to take the other people's order & was very nic
susana danso★★★★★Whoever hired Julius who took my order at the drive thru on Saturday afternoon 5/2 around 2:15 pm please know you made the right decision. Of all my years ordering from fast food places Julius is now on the top of my rating of being the most courteous in taking orders. Please give him the employee of the month award plus a raise. I don’t live close to this kfc location but I wouldn’t mind the drive if you have people like Julius as your employees.
