the time when I visited was around 4:30pm，not very crowed，so the waiters are very approachable，they and proactive and friendly. the hibachi work was really nice and the fresh veg are clean enough，see my pic

Our travel agent guy recommend this buffet to us, that is really worthy buffet that I had eaten, so many food choices, Chinese cuisine , sushi, mongolian cuisine ect, environment is bright,clean and organized, spacious eating area, the price is so so so competitive with many food choices. no matter you are vegtarian or carnivore, you can easily find what you like. Taste is very delicious. Food material is fresh, waiters and waitress are so kind and polite. I will definitely recommand to my friends to come here if they visit Salt lake city in the future. never let you disappoint, really worthy

Sushi Chef would take an empty plate of sushi that was on the buffet line. Wipe the moisture off the plate (not wash it) and reuse it. These plates not only have Sushi on them but the germs from kids coughing on them, nasty hands hovering over them etc. At the Mongolian line, beef tongs are in the shrimp bin etc. Tongs for veggies touching meat. This is a buffet for only the strong immune systems.

came in around 9:00 and immediately felt uncomfortable with how I was treated. I was pushed to get a to-go box instead of eating there, so I did, but then sat at a table to eat. After that, I was told I needed to pay beforehand, even though every other time I’ve eaten here I’ve always paid after my meal. If policies have changed, that’s fine, but the way it was handled felt rude and inconsistent. A little communication and customer service would’ve gone a long way.
