I had the privilege of eating from here three nights in a row a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed every moment of it. The food was incredible, and Alan and his team were truly wonderful. There was something about each meal that kept drawing me back. Honestly, it reminded me of the movie *Simply Irresistible*—where people become almost entranced by the food because of the care and heart the chef pours into every dish.

Best Ramen in all of Arizona! Not to mention their service is incredible. Came in with our three children and our 6 year old had a hard time sitting still. A man came to our table after dinner and offered us mochi ice cream and Japanese soda. Was so sweet and thoughtful. Cannot recommend this place enough!
