I've been going to the Chick Fil A for a while now and before it use to be great, but for some reason recently I feel like they've been cutting corners with the quality of food they are putting out. I've let certain things slide but my order today has shown me they no longer care about service, they care more about just getting things out as fast as possible. I am disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a hibiscus berry lemonade, expecting it to be served as a prepared beverage. Instead, I was handed a regular sweet lemonade along with a separate cup of berry topping and was expected to mix it myself. What made this even more confusing is that I later observed another customer leaving with what appeared to be a properly prepared berry lemonade already mixed and served in a clear cup.
