We waited a long time for assistance, and no one checked on us after we were seated. The overall customer service was extremely disappointing and completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place if you expect to be treated with respect or receive decent service.

The moment we stepped in here it was great. We were greeted by Marwan instantly and were treated with the upmost respect and the service was quick. We ended coming back 2 more times that week and it felt like those hookah lounges back in NY. We are definitely coming again when visiting Tampa.
