I placed a curbside order and pulled into the numbered spot. When I put the parking spot into the app, the app froze. I restarted and was directed to go inside to get my order. I would love to take a moment to recognize Ms. Queenie, a manager at McDonald’s, for her outstanding customer service. Mother’s Day morning crew really needs to do better. I understand people are underpaid and overworked, but being rude and dismissive to customers isn’t okay. If I wanted attitude and one-word responses, I would’ve stayed home and cooked myself. The manager standing in the back while the lobby filled up and the line kept growing instead of helping the front? Not a good look. A little kindness and teamwork goes a long way.
