Zaxby’s is one of my favorite places to stop when I’m craving a quick, delicious meal and want some tasty fries. They are hands down my favorite fries from any fast-food restaurant. They’re perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and always seem to hit the spot, especially the seasoning. Very disappointed from the whole experience. Decided to give them a second chance bc I absolutely love our Zaxbys back in our hometown, southern Alabama!!! This Zabys in Temple, Tx just does not miss with the consistency in BAD service & food quality! I should’ve just pulled out the drive way as soon as I was told they were closing in 30 min. She told me they would have to check & see if they have any wings to make me a Wings & things plate… I also asked for a milkshake and was told they already closed the machine down since they were closing in 30 min…. This Zaxby’s location in Temple is by far one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Yesterday, my son and I visited Zaxby's for the first time, and we were genuinely excited. The service was good, and the atmosphere was welcoming, which made for a great first impression. However, the food was very disappointing. I spent $31.99, and unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The fried pickles were extremely salty and overcooked, the bread was soggy, and the chicken was not good at all. The fries tasted like store-bought rather than fresh. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not return.
