The grilled chicken plate is fantastic. And I love their fried okra. The restaurant is newly renovated and is squeaky clean. The only downside is the building isn't large nor is the parking area. But sometimes those bigger restaurants tend to overlook things because they are too big. I think Max's is a perfect fit for our small town.
