Great customer service. Allen was great- he made the best Subway Club I’ve had from subway in a long time. The wheat bread was baked perfectly and the toppings were not falling off the sandwich. The sandwich tasted so fresh. It was a great dinning experience. Thank you Unity Street Subway!

This is the 2nd time that I’ve order footlongs from this specific location thinking I was about to get atleast a decent sub. Twice, u guys literally put a small drizzle line of sauce of the sub to the point where it’s a “dry sub”. I asked for sauce simply because I wanted the moisture content & added flavor, but I don’t get that…at all. Thanks but no thanks. Won’t be a next time. Good luck with that. I’m not paying extra for sauce. Save money & lose customers lol how about that

Very selfish with the meat and toppings. My 6" sub only had 3 pieces of ham and hardly no lettuce or onions. So before I made this post. I went back a 2nd time and ordered the exact same thing. This time I got 4 pieces of ham, but still hardly no toppings. The Subway on Westchester dr is very fair with their portions. Ill drive out of my way to go to Westchester dr.

First and foremost, I knew I was going to be late picking up my order so I called out of courtesy to let the employees know. They were rude on the phone and rude in person. Secondly, there’s more sauce on this sandwich than toppings. In fact there are 2 pieces of turkey and a HALF piece of bacon. No, I didn’t order extra sauce.
