I come here often, but I went thru the drive thru not long ago with my big rottie in the backseat, and the sweet lady at the window treated him like royalty ❤️ so now at every drive thru window, he expects the same level of adoration but apparently won't find it anywhere else! Thank you for making my boys day!

We had a coupon for a whopper meal. We were told that we had to have drinks with our order. If we didn't we couldn't use the coupon. The person who took our order was rude and aggressive. He argued with my husband. Said that was on you. We ordered our whoppers with cheese. We waited while the guy just stood there. He finally came to the windows. The food was cold. The whoppers did not have cheese. At the end we received our food. We used the coupon and got no drinks like we wanted. No apologies from the manager or order taker.
