Floors were sticky but that’s easy to fix with a mop and as someone who has worked fast food, I’m sure that wasn’t the morning crew’s fault. One thing I really liked was that they had an ordering kiosk. I prefer to use those when I’m feeling indecisive so the employee doesn’t have to stand there while I’m still debating what I want, which was the case this morning. The employees got the food out quickly as well and were very polite. I also enjoyed the music in the lobby :)

This location is the worst. We ordered takeout. Items were missing from the order and the burger customization was incorrect. We trusted them and did not catch the mistakes until we got home. Adding insult to injury, the food we did get was cold. We returned expecting them to make it right and were flat out told no, they’d only fix it if we brought the food back. Okay, but the issue was they forgot half the food, how can we “bring back” items we never got? Do they think we spent 20 minutes in the car twice just to get a free burger? We could have made our own burgers in the time we spe

We come here often because it's close, and the food (when it's accurate) tastes fine, but the service is incredibly slow and they almost always get at least one thing wrong with the order. This is likely in part due to the fact that their drive thru screen seems to be errored out regularly and they rarely read the order or price back to you when taking your order. If you have the time to go to a different Jack in the Box, do.
