Extremely disappointing customer service. When we arrived, there was already a line of customers waiting on one side of the counter. Instead of informing us where to queue, the staff simply ignored the customers who had been waiting and proceeded to serve newly arrived customers. This created unnecessary confusion and was very frustrating. What was even more disappointing was that our drinks had been prepared, yet no one called out our order or notified us. Travelling to NYC over a few days and stopped in on several of the mornings. On the coffee side I only ordered black coffee and it was good. On the food side, I had the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich (I chose Ciabatta bread) and it was excellent... and much larger than I was expecting. But the other thing to see... how they treat people including those who are not customers... they were so kind and respectful to everyone who came in even when it was clear that the person wasn't going to be buying anything. Nice coffee and great baked goods! Loved the breakfast pastrino!! So yummy and hit the spot. Staff was nice. Not busy when I went and so close to Times Square without the “busy” that surrounds that area! Look forward to going there again in my next visit!

Stopped in for a late lunch and coffee before a work event and this was good! Coffee was alittle weak, but the sandwich I got wasn’t bad. I’d try a different coffee next time.
