Dianne Towns★★★★Overall great experience but it was not very clean for a place that had just opened. I liked the menu options! Beefs come in different sizes... the bread was OK, but bordered on being stale. I had it dipped, which softened it up but those ends were still very tough. I grew up in inner city Chicago so I'm not a novice when it comes to great Italian Beef sandwiches. The bread has to be tough/firm but not stale... I did enjoy the sandwich though... The seasoning was different than any beef I've ever had (almost too much seasoning). I like to taste good meat without being overwhelmed with spices
Ivette Hollendoner★★★★★Best beef in the South side! Great portions, friendly staff and beef is so flavorful and the fresh cut fries are also a must have!
Jim Duda★★★★★Got the pound of beef to go with hot pepper pint and bread. Makes 5 average sandwiches. Extra bread for the au jus. Just the best. Tinley park is the best location in my opinion .

Starting with the Maxwell, it’s a great sausage with some snap. The sport peppers give the acidic bite balanced by sweet onions. I tried stuffing some fries on as well. The Beef & Sausage Combo was good, but that’s a tough one to eat when dipped. You’re not putting it down. 🤣 I probably could have gone with a
