Ordered a smoothie bowl that arrived to me (15 min from the time stamp on the label) totally liquified and barely half full. Called for a refund and was told to bring the bowl back in. I explained that I’m at home with my toddler and ordered the bowl so I’d have something to eat while I made lunch for her. Stephanie the store manager didn’t care and told me I could bring it in at a later time then. Like I have nothing better to do than run back and forth to smoothie king. I came in with my clients that have special needs and ALL the staff were SO friendly, kind and patient with my people! I really appreciated that and will definitely be coming back!
