Went here on 3/29 at 1:54 pm. I ordered 4 cheese Krystal combo with no pickle, with no salt on fries, and a pick 5. I had to repeat the order several times, and they still put pickle on all of the burgers. I would like that each meal would have been bagged separately, like they do here in Georgia at the few remaining locations we have. The food was ok, one of my burgers bun was very hard at the edge. The atmosphere there, needs a little attention. The bathroom needed the toilet seat cleaned. It was a large bathroom, just for one toilet, I think they should maximize space and add 2 urinal. The

Ordered the 4 cheese crystal & chili cheese fried combo for $12, which is already atrocious, but then I get home and the fries have no chili or cheese... They also forgot the pickles and mustard on the 4 crystals. I drove an extra 20 minutes back up there just to get chili & cheese on the fries. When I got there they told me because it's a moble order they wouldn't do anything about it. I have to click missed item and get a refund. Told them I just wanted my chili cheese fixed. I do not go here very much but I have to say this time the food from fresh and good. This particular place has been cleaned up and the employees are more pleasant too. Tried the nuggets they were hot a pretty good. Great side with your little burgers. Still a bit expensive for what it is.

We were at your location today, 5/9 (around 1ish) ordering two meals that consisted of 4 burgers (no cheese), drink and fries at $10.89 each. We were told at the drive-up that it came to $24 and change. It was supposed to be $23.52 including tax. When we asked the cashier at the drive-up, she said there was a service fee of 65 cents. We declined our order politely. What is that??
