⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Toledo McDonald’s always does a great job. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help, and they treat people with a great attitude. The food is consistently good, and the employees always seem happy and smiling, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. Just a great atmosphere overall and a location I’m always glad to stop at.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this specific location has the worst service I have ever gotten. I’ve given them grace and tried to ignore their crappy management but after coming here multiple times it’s a bad experience every single time. The workers are rude, it takes forever to get service (whether or not the store is busy) and they have no sense of urgency. I don’t plan on coming back to this location.

Food was on point, nice and hot. Workers were hustlin and bustlin so it was hard to get their attention and outside is utter chaos when busy. Small parking lot, drive thru feels like it's in the dead middle of it so you have to avoid cars waiting on line just to pull in and out of your parking spot.. needs to have a much bigger parking lot in the area that this one is in.. waaaay too many cars going in every direction was Nucking Futs yo!!

Ita your typical place of comfort foods, the grease for the fries doesn't seem to have been changed in awhile and the apple juice tasted funny to me and my son..but he lived his toy, nuggets aren't always the greatest but they have fresh patties most days...
