Tried to order online and by phone for carryout. They wouldn't accept it. Drive thru or doordash only she said. I guess they didn't want to sell $50 worth. I'm sure the owner will be pleased....

Went in to pick up an online order. Food was fresh and the gentleman calling completed orders was friendly. But whoever the lady at the counter is needs a attitude check. I understand coming down off a lunch rush.... But having a bad attitude and rolling your eyes because I wanted to order a drink while I waited isn't it either. I won't take it personal because reading other comments, it sounds like this is just her personality.

First time going to new location. I ordered and picked up. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The tacos were good but there was nothing Grand about the Gran-burrito. It was dry! No sauce and mostly beans. I had to eat halfway down until I got to any meat and there wasn’t much of it and one glob of cheese right in the middle was supposed to have sour cream (did not). I couldn’t finish it as there was absolutely no flavor. No bueno!

First time at the new location. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Gran Taco Salad and requested mild sauce. Staff interaction was very brief and not friendly. The food was so bland. The meat had no seasoning, it was so dry, it was just hamburger with cheese on lettuce with tomatoes. No mild sauce provided. Such a disappointing lunch. I won't be back.
