I was in Torrance for business and wanted to try a unique restaurant with great food and vibes. This place was amazing! The bar area was very lively and boisterous (always a good sign!) so I ate in the dining room which was awesome! I got the Fig Jam and Gorgonzola crusted NY steak which was absolutely delicious. Had the banana cream pie for dessert which was, honestly, the best I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for an amazing restaurant, be sure to check out Depot!!

I have to be honest this is one of the worst meals that I've had in a long time. First time here, I saw this restaurant on Google and have wanted to come for a while. Walking in, the place looks nice, Good seating, comfortable lighting, Nice woodwork. After seating we were greeted with a basket of bread that tasted like it came from Frodo's hipsack. While crunching into the level 8 hardness bread I noticed that the wine glasses on the table were absolutely filthy covered in soap scum and food particles. I set my initial thoughts aside and prepared for the amazing meal that I was about to be s

The Depot is one of the best hidden gems in the South Bay. Well, it's only a hidden gem if you've never been to downtown Torrance. The menu is incredible, the staff is exceptional, and the chef is insane. Isn't that what you want out of a restaurant? From espresso martinis made with bourbon, dirty martinis with Bleu Cheese stuffed olives, to the BEST Mac n cheese + chicken tenders you've never had, and a full suite or BBQ and Asian-tinged dishes, this place really has it all. Try something new, the flavor might surprise you in the best way. Happy hour absolutely rules, Tues-Sat in the aftern

Depot restaurant thoughts. Bread - crispy bread was like mildly salted crackers. The rectangular bread was like a banana nut bread without a lot of nuts in it. It was banana flavored. Was good. I didn't really taste the rolls because I'm doing the low carb thing. But I was tearing it crispy bread up. And that green butter was kind of like a herb sour cream or something. I should have asked. Beets were tasty. Good flavor Rock shrimp sausage had a good char and garlic flavor on them. The shrimp could have been a lot finer chopped and/or ground. Just a little bit too bulky. And that cream cheese
