There was one other restaurant in Gardena but they closed which I'm ok with because this one is the better priced, more generous portion, and more creative dishes. The most creative dish for me is the Uni Garlic Capane because you have the crispy texture of the toast that juxtaposition the soft melty texture of the uni with the savory taste complementing the oil they used and then topping it off with the crunchy fried garlic that brings out the uni taste even mo
