I wanna start this by saying this is not to bash this establishment. This is just my personal experience and it was a horrible one. Me and my coworkers had ordered lunch through DoorDash from Pizza Palace. I had ordered a kids chicken tender meal, which just came with chicken tenders nothing else which was weird because it use to come with fries now they charge you extra for that but moving on to the tenders , they were greasy and had no flavor. The first bite was disappointing cause again the chicken had no flavor and it was super greasy but the thing that threw me off, the most was like the

The food is delicious and there are big portions. The chicken tenders were huge and looked like real meat, not processed. Eggplant fries came with a big bowl of sauce. Pizza is Chicago deep dish style with a thick layer of toppings and crispy crust. They cut the large in a box style not pie pieces.

I used to order from here all the time, and I’ve never had a bad meal. I brought my daughter to eat in the restaurant for the first time tonight, and it just wasn’t good. I could barely eat my pizza, it was super salty. They did offer to remake it, but I refused. My daughter didn’t like her personal cheese pizza, and she eats pizza from pretty much everywhere. The windowsill was dusty, and the place just looked dirty. We won’t be back.

Family restaurant with great service given what seemed like a hectic atmosphere. They need better management or a better system. Set up like a please be seated but attempted to run as a please wait here to be seated. Open kitchen, very loud and annoying. Upgrades need to be made. I had the baked Sicilian Penne with home made meatballs, tomato sauce, Ricotta cheese, penne, topped with Mozzarella. It was good, I finished it, however, needed more sauce and I'm not a big fan of penne but they have no angel hair. Debbie had the baked mannacotti and finished it too, so she liked it. Only 3 dressings
