I clearly ordered a Cobb Salad and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich WITHOUT MAYO requested twice for takeout, But my sandwich had mayo as the picture prove my request on the receipt and mayonnaise on the sandwich!!! Check your orders before leaving cuz the employees are not up to speed!!! Another black eye for fast food!!!!

Put in an online order for dining room pick up (my 5 year old needed the restroom). Dining room closes at 8pm. Pulled in at 7:45pm and the manager watched me walk to the door and locked it anyways. There was still people inside waiting for food and there was 15 min before they closed. Had to go to the drive thru and let them know I had an inside order but they locked the doors. The same manager just said oh well pull up to the window. She was rude and unprofessional.

I visited this place this morning! Their customer service sucks they got my whole meal wrong over charged me and their food sucked cold and nasty!! 🤮 I will never go in to this place ever again.
