Ordered 4pc fish with fries, cheeseburger and 2 ice waters. Fish was good. Single Cheeseburger was $5.49. Little disappointed they charged $.93 each water without letting us know. I feel like they shouldn't have told us the charge for tap water when we ordered.

I went to zips for the first time in five years and it was pretty much the same. Great food, great service and decent prices, considering the portions. The facility could use an update, but it’s all good. I’m just thankful they kept their good tartar sauce, not the sweet stuff that some restaurants have switched to. I don’t get it, it’s not tarter sauce if it’s sweet.

Zips is a classic! Great menu that has survived the years! Good quality bun. The Salad Burger should have been salted but was delicious. Tots very slightly undercooked. Tartar sauce seemed a bit salty but still good. Drive thru was pretty fast. I will come again.

Came in and cashier just asked bluntly dine in or take out as if she did not want to be there. Later on I understand why, I wouldn’t want to be there either. Employee was helping an elderly customer and looks like a higher up manager (lady with black glasses in her late forties) went to help and she was rude to the employee telling them “next time you don’t need to call me over for that, that was not necessary.” That’s not how you talk to your employees even during your rush of 3 people in line.
