Y Smith-Shpolyz★★★It's been hit or miss for the past 3 years as far as service. It's like a revolving door of staff, sometimes they're great, sometimes they're only nice to certain customers, you know which. Also this is a big tourist breakfast spot. They don't bother anyone, just sit at the window staring lol. RIGHT NOW, the servers are welcoming and kind. Hope they stick around. 🙏🏽
diana singer★I was in the mood for something sweet, and I saw their sign advertising hot cross buns( my very favorite). I went in and bought one hot cross bun and one cardamom roll( I forget the name) for a bit over $10. The hot cross bun had no flavor at all other than cardamom- the dough needed more salt and sugar. The cardamom bun was so steeped in cardamom that it was inedible. I tasted each bun and was so disgusted that I threw them both away. I’m not sure if this experience was a fluke, but honestly? -for those prices and the inedibility of the product, you couldn’t pay me enough to buy anything
Tanesha Jackson★The light skin Spanish male barista with a mullet cut that’s on bar this Friday is rude, and this is after spending $40 and tipping. I simply asked for confirmation on drinks, if you don’t like your job and having to answer questions maybe you shouldn’t be in this profession. It’s basic customer service.
John Davis★★★★Corporate / high-volume vibe. They use Eversys machines for their espresso drinks, so expect consistency, not artisanship or craft.
