I wish their food was actually like it looks in the commercial. Unfortunately, its not even close. Chicken was burnt, rice had no flavor, and the overall taste was bad. I ended up throwing it out.

Ordered our foods using the app, and they got it ready in a timely manner. This location has a few parking spots in the front, but can be filled quickly depending on time of the day. This location also looked clean. I was not a fan of my steak in the bowl since it did not taste fresh and may sit there for a while. Other than that, all things were good!

Sad to say I'm joining the choir of those who've had an unpleasant experience with this Chipotle - I stopped by last Sunday and ordered inside. Despite it being the lunch hour on a weekend (with a ton of people shopping in the nearby stores), this place was not busy. No one was at the counter when I came in, so that gave me a chance to look around and notice how dirty all of the surfaces were. It really just looked sad. The employees came up a couple of minutes after I stood there, looking very disinterested in serving me. Nevertheless, I got a burrito bowl. The portion was extremely small and

Tonight I’m reminded why I don’t do chipotle anymore and why they as a company are slowly dying off especially after the comments from the CEO about raising prices and focusing on higher income customers Missing my chips and salsa i paid for. Also food is cold. Mind you I picked it up just as they putting on the shelf and had a mile and half drive back home. Couldn’t have gotten cold that fast.
