We were seated right away and the atmosphere was amazing from the moment we walked in! The whole restaurant has such a fun, welcoming vibe — and the truck seats are such a cool touch that really makes the place stand out. The servers were exactly what you hope for when dining out: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. You can tell the staff really cares about the customers and the food they’re serving. And the FOOD… absolutely incredible. Ford’s Barbecue is one of our go-to spots. The drinks are consistently good, the beer is always cold, and the barbecue is flavorful. They also have a great selection of sauces, and everything always tastes fresh. The only downside is that the menu seems to change pretty frequently, and it feels like it’s gotten smaller over time. I appreciate that they seem committed to keeping everything fresh, but the tradeoff is that menu items are often 86ed. Unfortunately, that has included some of our favorites, like the collard greens. Pretty good, first time here and loved the food. Smoke smell is what lured us to Fords. Brisket with fatty side is a must! Our main server was great, Abby, but the other servers were mediocre. But would come back.

No good at all. No flavor. Salty. Food cold. 1st and last time coming to this place. I think we sure need a refund for what we spent. No worth $90. So disappointed. The only thing that was good was the fries, queso and pickles.
