The communication of the employee taking my order was awful. I had to repeat my order multiple times, stating I wanted original flavor and not spicy. Not only did I receive a spicy when I told him multiple times I wanted regular, it was saturated in spicy sauce. I have acid reflux and couldn't even finish my meal. The chicken tenders looked frozen and not freshly battered. Fries were also unavailable and other substitutions weren’t available. All in all, the customer service was wanky, and I won’t return to this location.

This KFC and Taco Bell combined location has gone downhill. Didn’t offer my $5 text coupon and charged me more. Then to add the coupon was a large advertisement in the drive thru window and still didn’t honor it. After going back and forth about it she decided to manually add the coupon. Tell me how $5 turn into $7 and some change with taxes and both the manager and employee said it was all taxes. They definitely don’t have the skill set to work a register. I will be reaching out to corporate.

made me pull off to side and wait for food. 8 other customers got their food through drive through before we did. had to go inside and waited, told it would be out in minute. They eventually brought wrong food. had to go back in and tell them. They asked what we had and I told them and still they made the wrong food and gave it to me. sat here for about 50 minutes. never coming here again. employees should be fired.
