I received an invitation to come here from the Arizona Daily Star (via their Buyer’s Guide coupon mailer) and it had been a while, so I took a chance on Jack tonight, but I cannot say I’ll come back so soon next time. Pros: This location is 24 hours, which is so rare in this part of town that it deserves an extra star just for that. The food is decent and fresh, although value will be addressed below. Very clean. Excellent staff delivered friendly and prompt service, and deserve a raise. Cons: Value. The sandwich pictured below cost almost nine dollars. For a single patty that pricing model

Started my lunch break with McDonald's telling me they can't serve anyone for 20 minutes because they just had the breakfast menu switch over. Then I went here and the staff gave me a rock and roll jack head, thank you to everyone working there, it made the crappy shift a bit better

The busiest location in the world sometimes it feels like, being next to the university, they used to suck NGL they would have 9 people on the clock moving slow as molasses, but now they got their stuff figured out and there's always 3-4 people busting their butts to get everyone fed. Y'all been awesome lately keep it up!
