Polish food on a road trip? That was a first for us, and honestly, it felt a little like pulling over for comfort you didn’t know you needed. It definitely delivered where it mattered most, especially for my husband’s Polish DNA cravings. The pierogies were good, the gołąbki held their own, and the salad… well, it showed up and did its job. No drama there. The space is where this place really leans in. This place is amazing, our favorite in Tucson. My wife and I are from Northern Czech Republic and Southern Poland, near Wałbrzych, so we felt right at home. The store's interior had a cabin-like vibe and the window had an amazing view of the mountains. Appetiser: The potato pancake was pretty good and came out hot like a warm hug. Main: I really loved the Pork Stuffed Cabbage Roll as the pork complimented the cabbage very well, it's a little mild on the flavour but it's always easier to add than to remove. The Beef Pierogi tasted so good and it's made by the wife of the owner! The Hunter's Stew on the other hand, was too salty and w
