Pleasantly surprised. Bright and clean restaurant, Even the restrooms were up kept. But the customer service and their food was great. Greeted with a smile, Acknowledge what I want and repeated my order. Also, the food was fresh and tasty. I love it when I feel happy or content that I spent my money eating out. Holy smokes how is this place still open ? The customer service inside is non-existent almost if you need help expect for them to get very angry at you for asking even looking down on you for not knowing technology, (im older) then when you receive your food they gave me the leftover smaller portions of the fries ( in retaliation I'm assuming for asking for help) when I mentioned that the fries were seemingly the bottom of the container that look like leftovers if they could possibly give me fries that are at least somewhat normal (curly fries) they refused and they told me I am not the owner

Quick to get the online order. The spicy chicken has been on point every time. They need a better entrance from Mooney. That might change as that area is still getting developed.

I just got to town from a long drive, I needed to use the restroom right away. It's unfortunate that I couldn't due to a dumb administrative policy that I must purchase something before I use there facilities. I'm a loyal patron of the Jack in the Box brand across most of California as I travel often, but I will not be giving my business here ever again.
