I would like to start off by saying I had the most terrible experience that I could ever have had at this facility. On top of employees not even on time for work or shift change. 1. I walked in an nobody even acknowledged me for about 35-45 mins 2. The employees where very rude an loud. 3. The most disgusting fast food place i’ve ever stepped food in. For starters i went through the drive through just so their headsets weren’t working so you had to order at the window. Which was taking to long so i went inside and got my meal, when i walked in the employee was taking out the trash and proceeded to go back and take my order without washing her hands. Then went back out to touching the trash bag, went over to get my drink and the collector of soda was so full it was leaking all over the counter. The floor was so sticky and dirty. Hello! I ordered a 3-piece white (2wings, 1breast) for lunch Wednesday, Oct. 4th. It came to me like pic #1. When I sent it back to get a fresher looking meal, it came back as pics #2 & #3. Each time, it came back with thighs instead of breasts, even after the young lady promised it was a breast. SO, this was my first off day that I could get back to the restaurant. All I wanted was the breast that was due to me. Instead, I was denied be a I didn’t still have the receipt. How is this good customer service?!?

I just feel if you don't have it let me know while I'm ordering... Please don't let me order and when I get to the window to pay for it you out of everything...... I didn't eat those are red flags to me..... But mom did and the smell that came from the box when opened. Old food smell and her fries look like they were under the lamp since opening. YuCK
