Extremely rushed drive thru order. They do it to keep their times down to look good to corporate. Burger slapped together, fries half filled. Looks good for their times, but feels like a rushed transition to their customers. Go to in and out or Carl's, same cost.. better quality. And they don't treat you like cattle.

Used drive through. AI took our order, I thought I was a bit confusing as I ordered and changed it up a bit and it came up exactly what we wanted. The food was good and the people that worked there are very friendly.

The manager is unprofessional. He was reprimanding one of his employees, and everyone here eating could hear his lack of professionalism. The way he spoke to the employee was unprofessional because he treated him like he had problems, saying he'd helped him a lot and that he'd wasted it all. I understand his frustration, but the way he did it wasn't professional. It should have been done somewhere where no one could hear. I can't imagine how embarrassed that teenager must have been, knowing we all heard what he was being told.

This was my first experience here in the states. I was a big fan of their whopper burgers back in india. I wanted to try thier burgers as soon as I saw their logo in union city. The service was excellent. To be Frank i was treated well as I wasn't sure what to order. We ordered chicken sandwich and to be Frank i was disappointed with the taste. Our chicken sandwich was a bit too salty. Maybe I wasn't luck enough with the food to that of the service. Looking forward for more visits. Hope I get a proper choice next time.
