Went in and bought two biggie bundles, two chili bowls and added a ten piece chicken nuggets for an order that was over $40.00. I asked if I could try the singature sauce and they wanted to charge me 25 cents after I paid for all this food. Ridiculous. I get better service at the In & Out joint. I know the sauce only cost a quarter but it is the principal behind it. Haven't had Wendy's in years and had a craving for it, as I used to work a Wendy's in High School. I thought you guts could do better than McDonalds and add a little nostalgia. Well, you lost a customer over a 25 cent sauce packet.

Wendy’s burgers taste fresh and the Frosty is always a treat. The fries have improved a lot and pair perfectly with the Frosty. Sometimes the wait can be longer than expected, but the food quality is worth it. A strong option for a quick meal.

Parking lot and drive thru empty, with good reason. The customer service was good, tried to up-sale to a larger size combo, really glad I didn't. All the food was cold. Was not to food safe temperature, will not be going to location again. Call location to make a formal complaint, no answer. Do not eat here.

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, cold fries, and a sloppy excuse for a meal. They really had the nerve to charge extra for ranch, then gave me three ketchup packets like we’re in a condiment recession. Nothing about this place says quality or care. If this is the standard, no wonder people stop coming. Do better.
