For $55 I expected a lot better, but also I guess that's what I get for getting food from a dying fast food chain. Tea tasted awful, kind of like they haven't cleaned their container in weeks. One order had nuggets and had plenty of nuggets, but looked like it was made with dirty oil. The other order of nuggets was not existent except for a few measley pieces, and the chicken sandwiches had the most pathetic pieces of chicken on them. Definitely a disappointment for nearly $60 worth of food.

The food… $60 for a bucket of chicken fried in old oil. The last time I ate there, in another city before COVID, it was bad. I came back today hoping that after a few years the food would be different — but it wasn’t. The same greasy pieces again. It felt disappointing, like the chickens were wasted.

This place use to be good to get chicken from. I’m tired of having to run back to this store because they screwed up the order. Even when you went in store and get home to find out they messed up. Wife ordered Mac n cheese and we ended up getting corn instead in our it bag. Call to get our order correct with spending about $50 on a family meal just to get a small 12 pieces of chicken tenders and only a two person split for sides and a pot pie. When we have more than two people at home. KFC fix your pricing because 30 dollars for 12 small chicken strips and mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuit

Went into store to pick up two door dash orders that weren't large orders. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 orders and watched 14 people come and go in the drive through and 7 people come and go in the lobby before I got my orders, the one order was a diet, Coke and a Dr. Pepper and when they gave me the sodas, they did not have marked which 1 was which so when I asked them which 1 was which so I could let the customer know in case they were diabetic.
