This is the absolute WORST McDonald's. Employees are beyond unprofessional and not even dressed in a uniform or wearing name tags. The management WILL NOT fix any issues and tell you "they can't help you." Why are you in management if you lack the critical thinking skills to address store level issues? That's unacceptable. If you go to this location be prepared to be talked down too by an extremely rude employee named "James" (if thats even his name, thats just the name his manager said when I asked for the corporate call I was about to make) For me, the customer service experience was so h

The drive through is very quick. I like the food if I get everyrhing I order. Hot sauce for burritos often missed. Drink has been missed. Wrong order has been given to me. Hashbrowns frequently missing from combo meal. I need to park and enter the store 20% of the time to correct an order. The drive through is much friendlier than the staff inside when you go in to have your order corrected. Dont expect any concessions for tour inconvenience!

Food is usually lukewarm at best. They have screwed up app orders twice in a row, only reconciliation is if you come back to the store. I just want a refund and to not have to go back for someone else’s mistake. Is that so much to ask?

Had an issue with my mobile order, they didn’t have the 3 sweet teas I had ordered and would only give a fountain drink instead so I wanted a refund and was told to go to the app. Once on the app it told me to speak to the location I ordered from so either this manager was incorrect or McDonald’s has it set up for it to be impossible to refund once you’ve arrived because canceling the order was also impossible because they had already started it.
